Location: Tirupati, Tada, Nellore
Role Overview:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Achieve sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all customer transactions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales or customer relationship management is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Work Manager (Arena Tada)
Location: Tada
Role Overview:
Oversee and manage day-to-day workshop operations for Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
Ensure timely completion of service orders and repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Supervise a team of technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient work processes.
Coordinate with the parts department to ensure adequate inventory for repair needs.
Implement and monitor work processes to improve workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong background in automotive service management.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a workshop or service center.
Knowledge of Maruti Suzuki’s service standards is a plus.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Senior Adviser (Arena & Nexa)
Location: Tirupati, Tada, Nellore
Role Overview:
Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on vehicle selection and technical specifications.
Ensure customer queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with information about car models, features, and pricing.
Facilitate test drives and assist customers in understanding the vehicle’s performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Maruti Suzuki vehicles and automotive trends.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Maruti Suzuki vehicles and the automotive industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience as an automotive adviser or similar role is preferred.
Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
