Requirements
Proven experience in Telesales or Customer Engagement (Inbound/Outbound Calling)
Excellent communication skills in any one regional language: Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
Strong ability to handle customer queries, promote products/services, and achieve sales targets
Good listening and negotiation skills with a positive and persuasive attitude
Capability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly goals
Preferred Qualifications
12th Pass or 10th + 3 Years Diploma
Experience in Insurance, Banking, Telecom, or Retail Telesales is an added advantage
Languages Preferred
Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
