Job Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Debt Recovery Agent:

Communicate with clients to recover overdue payments, offering solutions and negotiating repayment plans.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.
Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to collect outstanding amounts.
Work under targets to meet recovery goals.
Develop strong customer relationships to ensure a positive resolution.
2. Senior Debt Recovery Agent:

Oversee and handle more complex debt recovery cases.
Provide guidance and support to junior debt recovery agents.
Negotiate higher-value debt cases with clients, ensuring effective and timely recovery.
Develop strategies to improve collection rates and manage aged receivables.
Collaborate with management to streamline recovery processes.
3. Team Leader:

Lead and manage a team of debt recovery agents, ensuring they meet targets and adhere to company policies.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and motivate team members.
Train new agents and ensure proper understanding of recovery procedures.
Conduct performance reviews and report on team results to senior management.
Handle escalated client cases and resolve issues effectively.
4. Field Executive:

Visit clients’ locations to collect payments in person and resolve overdue cases.
Conduct field visits to businesses and individuals as part of the debt recovery process.
Maintain a professional image while representing the company in client-facing interactions.
Complete daily reports and provide updates on recovery status.
Assist in locating clients who may be difficult to reach through regular communication channels.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in debt recovery, customer service, or financial services is preferred (for relevant roles).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Team players with leadership skills for team leader roles.
For Field Executives: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
