Position Details
Role: Marketing Executives / Team Leaders
Education Qualification: Any Degree / MBA
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and marketing knowledge
Ability to achieve targets and drive customer satisfaction
Leadership and team management abilities (for Team Leaders)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a range of vehicles to customers, meeting showroom targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive sales.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and needs.
Support team members to achieve collective goals (for Team Leaders).
