Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a System Operations professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our systems, ensuring uptime and efficiency for all company-related processes. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and maintaining the overall performance of system operations.
Handling system troubleshooting, identifying issues, and working to resolve them promptly.
Ensuring the systems are running optimally and assisting with system upgrades or installations as needed.
Documenting and reporting any technical issues, improvements, or suggestions to the management team.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and system alignment.
Managing day-to-day system-related queries and assisting in troubleshooting.
Performing regular system checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensuring the security and integrity of systems by following best practices.
Key Requirements:

Basic understanding of system operations and technical functions.
Proficiency in handling computers, operating systems, and troubleshooting system-related issues.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify system errors or inefficiencies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving systems and technologies.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
