Mahavir Motors, a prominent leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a skilled and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for various functions across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent people skills, and the ability to align talent acquisition with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and create a tailored recruitment strategy to meet the company’s workforce requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to offer stage, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles across the company.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their recruitment targets. Foster a positive and productive team environment.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively build a strong pipeline of talent by utilizing job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, and partnerships with recruitment agencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position and ensure that candidates are well-matched to the company’s needs.
Employer Branding: Promote Mahavir Motors as an employer of choice by creating and implementing effective employer branding strategies that highlight the company’s values and culture to attract high-quality candidates.
Interviewing & Selection: Oversee and, when necessary, participate in the interview process for senior roles. Ensure a consistent, fair, and unbiased evaluation of all candidates.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data to optimize the recruitment process and improve efficiency.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and offering a seamless recruitment journey.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with labor laws and organizational policies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment across various functions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and senior leaders alike.
Demonstrated experience managing and developing a recruitment team.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities.
