Mahavir Motors, a leading name in the automotive industry, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Head to join our team. The Recruitment Head will be responsible for developing and overseeing the recruitment strategy, managing the hiring process, and ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our organizational goals. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment processes across various functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs across all departments and levels.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top-tier talent for various positions within the organization.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure a high level of performance and accountability. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous learning.
Collaboration with Business Leaders: Work closely with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and workforce planning to ensure recruitment efforts align with the company’s objectives.
Candidate Sourcing & Employer Branding: Drive innovative candidate sourcing strategies and leverage social media, job boards, recruitment agencies, and networks to build a strong talent pipeline.

Interview & Selection Process: Oversee the interview and selection process to ensure the right candidates are chosen. Conduct interviews for senior-level roles and guide the recruitment team through the process for other levels.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment data and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Onboarding & Induction: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and integration into the organization.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and regulations. Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR technologies.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, consultants, and other vendors, ensuring quality service and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:Proven expertise in recruiting for a variety of roles, particularly in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Deep knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
