Mahavir Motors, a renowned leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Manager to join our team. The HR Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining the daily HR functions, ensuring smooth operational processes, compliance with policies, and the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Management: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in HR activities such as employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure that HR processes and activities are in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to maintain legal compliance.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility. Manage documentation related to hiring, onboarding, promotions, and separations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll and ensure compliance with tax laws and benefit regulations. Manage the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present HR data to senior management for informed decision-making. Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, headcount, and compensation.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience. Oversee the offboarding process for exiting employees, including exit interviews and documentation.
HR System & Tools Management: Ensure the HR information system (HRIS) is properly maintained and utilized, troubleshooting issues, and recommending improvements for system efficiency.
Employee Relations Support: Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues regarding HR policies, benefits, and other operational matters. Ensure timely and effective communication with employees regarding HR matters.
Project Management: Lead or participate in HR-related projects to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational change.
Collaboration with Other HR Functions: Work closely with other HR teams, including recruitment, learning and development, and talent management, to ensure the smooth integration of HR operations with other functions.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
Proven experience in managing payroll, benefits, HRIS systems, and employee records.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex HR issues.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
