Mahavir Motors is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources functions, ensuring that all policies and procedures align with organizational goals. This role will focus on recruitment, employee development, performance management, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee recruitment efforts for various departments, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training are completed effectively.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Promote company culture and ensure employee engagement initiatives are implemented.

Performance Management:

Lead performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs.
Assist in implementing improvement plans for employees when necessary.
Compliance & Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Review and update HR policies as necessary to reflect changing regulations or business needs.
Maintain employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policy.

Training & Development:

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
Identify internal talent for promotions and develop succession planning strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits programs, and other compensation-related tasks.
Provide guidance on compensation packages and manage employee requests regarding benefits.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
