With over 8 years of experience in customer relationship management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The Customer Relationship Manager will play a key role in developing long-term relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring they receive top-tier service. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and managing their expectations effectively.
Implement customer engagement strategies to enhance client experience and retention.

Client Onboarding & Support:

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and thorough understanding of our products/services.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them fully utilize our offerings and achieve their business objectives.

Customer Feedback & Issue Resolution:

Monitor customer feedback, conduct surveys, and use insights to drive improvements in products and services.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent customer dissatisfaction, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions.
Sales Support & Account Growth:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
Assist in the development and execution of customer retention strategies to maximize account growth and renewals.
Ensure that client contracts and agreements are renewed in a timely manner.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics, preparing regular reports on account performance, customer health, and relationship trends.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and update contact information regularly.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of customer relationship professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with company goals.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute customer relationship strategies that align with company objectives and contribute to the overall business growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure that Jasper Industries remains a leader in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of managing key client accounts.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
Expertise in CRM systems and customer success tools.
Ability to handle complex client issues and collaborate across departments.
Strong analytical skills and experience with customer satisfaction metrics.
