Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and providing effective solutions through phone calls. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound/outbound calls from customers in English and Telugu.
Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding services, products, or issues.
Resolving customer complaints, queries, and providing solutions as required.
Maintaining a professional and positive attitude while engaging with customers.
Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring issues are resolved within a timely manner.
Documenting and updating customer information in the system.
Meeting performance targets, including call quality, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Collaborating with the team to improve service quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements:

Freshers with any degree are eligible to apply.
Proficiency in English and Telugu (both verbal and written communication).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).
Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office.
