Wanted Vice Principal (FEMALE ONLY) for Nursery, LKG, UKG in Reputed Corporate School

Our esteemed corporate school is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Vice Principal to oversee the Nursery, LKG, UKG. As Vice Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic, developmental, and operational success of the early childhood education program. We are seeking a leader who is passionate about early childhood education, dedicated to fostering a nurturing learning environment, and skilled in leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Nursery, LKG, UKG, ensuring high standards of educational delivery, child safety, and overall well-being.
Oversee curriculum development and ensure that teaching strategies are aligned with the developmental needs of young children.
Provide leadership and support to the teaching and caregiving staff by guiding, mentoring, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to implement innovative teaching methods, educational technologies, and engaging learning experiences.
Ensure the implementation of school policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements for the Nursery, LKG, UKG.
Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and the administration, addressing concerns, providing feedback, and ensuring open communication.
Monitor and assess the progress of the children, implementing effective strategies for improvement and development.
Facilitate staff professional development and training to foster growth and ensure the highest quality of care and education.
Maintain effective relationships with parents, ensuring their involvement and engagement in their child’s educational journey.
Foster a positive school culture that promotes collaboration, respect, and a passion for early childhood education.
Manage resources, including teaching materials, classroom space, and child care equipment, ensuring that all resources are utilized efficiently.
Oversee school events, programs, and initiatives related to the Nursery, LKG, UKG, ensuring they support educational goals and the overall well-being of children.

Requirements:

Education Qualification should be MA / MSC / BED or Equalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood education, preferably in a corporate school setting.
In-depth knowledge of child development, early childhood education principles, and the best practices in nurturing young minds.
Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with children, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
Sound knowledge of educational technologies and tools relevant to early childhood learning.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Experience in managing budgets, resources, and administrative tasks in an educational setting.
Ability to create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and child-centered learning environment.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of modern approaches to early childhood education, including inquiry-based learning, play-based learning, and social-emotional development.
Familiarity with local and international early childhood education regulations and standards.
Previous experience working in a corporate school environment or with corporate education programs.
Ability to lead change and innovation in early childhood education.
