Position Details
Role: Soft Skills Trainer
Education Qualification: MBA / B.Tech
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership training abilities
Proficiency in English and an ability to engage young learners
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interactive sessions on communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management skills.
Develop and implement engaging training programs tailored to students’ needs.
Foster a positive and growth-oriented mindset in students.
Collaborate with academic staff to align training with overall student development goals.
Monitor and assess the progress of students and provide constructive feedback.
