Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for children in the l st to V th Class that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters positive relationships among children, and between children and adults.
Facilitate learning activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development, with a strong focus on the individual needs of each child.
Assess and monitor each child’s development and progress, providing regular feedback to parents and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.
Foster an environment of positive reinforcement and encourage the development of self-confidence, independence, and social skills.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to implement integrated teaching strategies and cross-curricular activities.
Promote teamwork and cooperation in the classroom through group activities and collaborative projects.
Address behavioral issues with patience, using appropriate discipline methods that align with the school’s values and policies.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings, discussing children’s progress, challenges, and achievements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education, incorporating innovative teaching methods into the classroom.

Requirements:

Any Bachelor’s Degree in Education, or equalent.
Freshers with Good Communication Skills.
A deep understanding of child development, and the ability to design and implement learning activities that address individual learning styles and developmental needs.
A caring, patient, and nurturing demeanor, with a genuine love for working with young children.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and execute lessons effectively.
Ability to integrate modern teaching methods and educational technology into the classroom.
Familiarity with formative and summative assessment techniques to track children’s progress.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of child psychology and special education techniques.
Ability to incorporate arts, music, and movement into lessons.
Experience working with diverse groups of children with varying needs and learning styles.
