Our reputed corporate school is seeking passionate and dynamic Mother Teachers (FEMALE ONLY) for the Nursery, LKG, UKG. As a Mother Teacher in the Nursery, LKG, UKG, you will play a key role in fostering the cognitive, emotional, and social growth of children in their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment that supports the holistic development of young children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development.
Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving through engaging and interactive lessons.
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and staff to ensure a positive learning experience.
Assist in monitoring and assessing children’s progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Implement learning through play, utilizing innovative tools and techniques that cater to the needs of each child.
Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and conducive to learning.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s development, concerns, and achievements.
Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in early childhood education.

Requirements:

Any Degree with Good Communication Skills.
Experience in teaching early childhood education or a Fresher.
Warm, approachable, and passionate about working with young children.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to create an engaging, fun, and educational learning environment.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality.
Desirable Skills:

Previous experience with the Nursery, LKG, UKG or a similar age group.
Knowledge of modern teaching tools, educational technology, and methods for early learning.
Creative thinking and ability to integrate arts, music, and movement into lessons.
