Associate Teacher
Classes:
Primary Section (Classes I to V)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and Deliver Lessons: Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and curiosity.
Holistic Development: Help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally through interactive and engaging teaching methods.
Assessments and Feedback: Regularly evaluate student progress through assessments, and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined yet welcoming classroom atmosphere that promotes effective learning.
Parent Communication: Engage with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and address any concerns.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and school leadership to ensure the success of educational initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
A minimum of any degree from a recognized university or institution.
Skills and Attributes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Passion for teaching and working with children.
Adaptability, creativity, and enthusiasm in the classroom.
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior teaching experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary
Competitive monthly salary of ₹16,000 to ₹18,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
