Key Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics Curriculum: Deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the school’s curriculum.
Develop Problem-Solving Skills: Encourage students to approach mathematical problems creatively and confidently.
Promote Conceptual Understanding: Use innovative teaching methods to help students grasp fundamental math concepts.
Monitor Student Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and activities, providing constructive feedback.
Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, safe, and welcoming classroom environment.
Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues and the administration to implement academic goals and enhance learning experiences.
Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and address any concerns effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
M.Sc. / B.Sc. / B.Ed. (in Mathematics or related field) from a recognized university.
Experience
Experienced candidates only are eligible to apply (minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred).
Skills and Attributes
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong knowledge of primary-level mathematics concepts and teaching methods.
Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
Organized, patient, and creative in teaching approaches.
