Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi Curriculum: Deliver well-structured and engaging Hindi lessons that align with the school’s curriculum.
Enhance Language Skills: Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through innovative teaching techniques.
Foster a Love for Hindi: Encourage a passion for language and literature among young learners.
Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to implement educational programs and achieve academic goals.
Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and address concerns when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
A minimum of any degree from a recognized university.
Experience
Experienced candidates only are eligible to apply (minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred).
Skills and Attributes
Exceptional Hindi communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong classroom management abilities.
A creative and enthusiastic teaching approach.
Ability to connect with primary school students effectively.
