Key Responsibilities:
Teach English Curriculum: Deliver well-structured and engaging English lessons that align with the school’s curriculum.
Enhance Language Skills: Develop students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through innovative teaching techniques.
Foster a Love for English: Encourage a passion for language and literature among young learners.
Monitor Student Progress: Assess and track student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined yet nurturing classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues to implement educational programs and achieve academic goals.
Parent Communication: Keep parents informed about their child’s progress and address concerns when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification
MA / B.ED from a recognized university.
Experience
Experienced candidates only are eligible to apply (minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred).
Skills and Attributes:
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong classroom management abilities.
A creative and enthusiastic teaching approach.
Ability to connect with primary school students effectively.
