Wanted Care Taker (FEMALE ONLY) for Nursery, LKG, UKG in Reputed Corporate School

We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Care taker to join the Nursery, LKG, UKG at our reputed corporate school. As a Caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of young children in the early childhood education segment. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the Nursery, LKG, UKG during their activities, both indoors and outdoors.
Assist in the daily routines of children, including meal times, rest times, and hygiene practices (e.g., toileting, handwashing).
Provide emotional support and comfort to children, addressing their needs with patience and care.
Assist teachers and staff in implementing age-appropriate learning activities, games, and exercises.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children at all times.
Help in the preparation and arrangement of learning materials and classroom setup.
Monitor children during nap times and provide necessary care.
Ensure all safety protocols and school policies are followed to create a secure environment.
Communicate regularly with teachers and parents regarding any issues or concerns about the child’s well-being.
Assist in managing children’s behavior by providing positive reinforcement and gentle guidance.
Support the overall development of children by fostering a nurturing, positive, and stimulating environment.

Requirements:

Any Degree with good communication skills.
Prior experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare, daycare, or school setting / Freshers can also apply.
Genuine love and passion for working with children.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure children’s safety and comfort at all times.
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with teachers and other staff members.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality.
Basic knowledge of child development and the ability to recognize the needs of children.

Desirable Skills:

First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children and staff.
