Position Details
Role: Academic Dean
Education Qualification: M.Sc.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proven experience in academic administration and curriculum development
Ability to mentor and guide faculty and students
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Only experienced candidates will be considered
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the academic team to maintain high standards of education.
Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum and instructional programs.
Coordinate with department heads to align teaching methods and objectives.
Ensure compliance with educational policies and standards.
Engage with staff, parents, and administration to foster an environment of collaboration and growth.
