Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional email and chat support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Troubleshoot common customer issues and escalate as needed.
Document interactions and updates in our internal systems.
Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Minimum qualification: Any Degree, B.Tech, or Diploma.
Basic knowledge of computers and proficiency in using email and chat platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory.
