Position: Senior Sales Officer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts in Nellore City. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Gold & Diamond jewelry sales and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers, providing expert guidance in selecting Gold & Diamond jewelry.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and current jewelry trends.
Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Take the lead in achieving showroom sales targets and mentoring junior sales staff.
Ensure smooth sales transactions, including billing and proper documentation.
Support the showroom team in maintaining inventory accuracy and presentation standards.
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company’s values and service excellence.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th standard or above.
Significant sales experience in Gold & Diamond jewelry (mandatory).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
