Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our team in Nellore City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in Gold & Diamond jewelry, and a passion for providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry that meets their needs and preferences.
Showcase product features and provide detailed information to customers about gold, diamond, and other jewelry items.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge.
Handle billing and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
Stay updated on current jewelry trends, product details, and pricing.
Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and presentation standards.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th standard or above.
Proven experience in sales, specifically in Gold & Diamond jewelry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong sales acumen with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers.
