Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Gold & Diamond showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and a high standard of customer service.
Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and increase the showroom’s customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and expert advice on gold and diamond jewellery.
Oversee stock management, ensuring adequate inventory levels and organizing stock replenishment as needed.
Ensure the showroom is visually appealing, well-organized, and that products are properly displayed to attract customers.
Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques to improve performance.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest trends, designs, and market pricing in gold and diamond jewellery.
Handle customer complaints or queries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to senior management, recommending improvements to meet business goals.
Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in the jewellery business.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate in any field; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is preferred.
At least 3-5 years of experience in sales management, specifically in handling jewellery showrooms, with a focus on Gold & Diamond.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent customer service skills with a deep understanding of customer needs in the luxury jewellery market.
In-depth knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, including trends, pricing, and designs.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the jewellery industry.
Knowledge of retail management software and POS systems.
Ability to implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to boost business growth.
Fluent in English and Telugu (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
