Position: Operations Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branded jewelry showroom in Nellore City. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and showroom performance.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely availability of stock.
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in handling operations in any sector (experience in retail/jewelry sector is a plus).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
