Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Executives:

Engage with potential customers and promote Airtel services.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions.

Team Leaders:

Manage and guide a team of marketing executives.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
Conduct training and provide support to team members.
Collaborate with management to strategize on sales growth.

Managers:

Oversee the entire sales process and team performance.
Formulate strategies to achieve sales goals.
Handle client inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Manage daily operations and maintain team morale.
Report to senior management with progress updates and performance analysis.

Skills & Requirements:
For Marketing Executives:10th, Intermediate, or Degree qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
For Team Leaders & Managers:Previous experience in sales or team management is preferred.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month.
Incentives: Upto ₹35,000 based on performance.
