Job Description:
AGS Health Care, a leading IT & ITES company in the healthcare sector, is looking to hire Process Associates for our US Accounts Receivable (AR) team. This role focuses on the Claims & Denials process within US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of healthcare claims, working with insurance companies, and resolving denials to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage US healthcare claims with insurance companies.
Review, validate, and resolve denials in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure all AR tasks are completed in compliance with industry standards.
Analyze and follow up on denied or unpaid claims.
Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve any issues.
Work towards achieving individual and team goals, ensuring accuracy and productivity targets are met.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and billing procedures.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in US RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), particularly in Claims & Denials, will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of medical billing and US healthcare systems.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Willingness to work in Night Shift and Rotational Shifts.
Graduates in any discipline are welcome to apply. (Experience in healthcare processes is preferred).
