ANDROID ARCHITECT

Key Requirements for Android Architect Profiles:

Experience and Expertise:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in mobile application development, with at least 5+ years of experience in an architectural or lead role.
Deep expertise in Android development, including experience with Kotlin and Java, and strong knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and Android application frameworks.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture patterns, such as MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture.
Proven experience designing and building scalable, maintainable, and performant Android applications, including UI/UX optimization.

Technical Skills:
Expertise in Android Studio, Gradle, and other Android development tools.
Experience with integrating third-party APIs and services, and managing dependencies with tools like Retrofit, Dagger, or Hilt.
Knowledge of Firebase, REST APIs, and cloud technologies for mobile apps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Android applications (e.g., Jenkins, Bitrise, GitLab CI).
Proficiency in unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, etc.), and code quality practices.
Strong understanding of mobile security best practices and data privacy standards.

Leadership & Communication:
Proven experience leading a team of Android developers and mentoring junior developers.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the ability to lead or participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Certifications (Preferred):
Any relevant Android-related certifications or courses would be a plus (e.g., Google’s Associate Android Developer, Kotlin certifications, etc.).

Additional Preferences:
Experience with multi-platform development (e.g., using Kotlin Multiplatform).
Familiarity with Android Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
Experience with mobile performance optimization and debugging tools (e.g., Android Profiler, LeakCanary).
