Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Backend Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

Handling backend operations tasks in a non-voice process.
Managing and processing data, documents, and information as per the defined standards.
Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the work handled.
Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks.
Maintaining and updating databases and records as required.
Troubleshooting and resolving any backend-related issues.
Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Graduation (any stream).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Good organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office.
Comfortable working in Day Rotational Shifts.
